I have been forwarded 3 emails in the past week about "Stanford Medical" or "Stanford Hospital" offering Covid 19 advice.  You have probably seen it too.   Some of it may be factual, but gargling is not a preventative measure and holding your breath is not a test to see if you have it.   Websites like snopes and theverge are sites that track false information and confirm it is false. When in doubt, check the cdc website

Just want to say that the information referred to from Stanford is entirely bogus. It was false mail that has been going around. GJ
